We would wholeheartedly recommend the Dean Townhouse to anyone looking to organise a wedding. We were privileged to celebrate our wedding day in the venue in May 2024. In advance of the wedding, there was continuous engagement with the team in The Dean and they meticulously planned every aspect of the day, and prepared for different scenarios depending on the weather etc. They listened to our requests and were quick to respond to any questions.

In the immediate run up, Niamh was great to deal with and incredibly accommodating, and very professional. On the day, Tom and team were faultless and ensured that everyone had a fantastic day. The pre-meal drinks on the terrace were perfect, and the meal was equally great. The food, service and general attention to detail throughout the meal was a highlight.

For the remainder of the celebrations, the staff of The Dean Townhouse were incredibly friendly and receptive, and impossible to find fault with any aspect of the day. We’re very grateful to Niamh, Tom and all of the team for ensuring an unforgettable celebration.

We got married this summer in Dublin City and we chose the Blue Room as our reception venue. This venue is so perfect for a smaller, more intimate but still fabulous and chic wedding. The staff are amazing, from Niamh the event manager helping me to organise the day via zoom, to the managers and staff on duty on our wedding day, they couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating! We had our cocktail hour on Sophie’s rooftop which was the best spot for a sunny day. We also had a lot of fun having some photos taken on the street as our guests in Sophie’s cheered us on from above. As I’m not local to Dublin, I had never eaten in the Dean before nor had I done a tasting before the wedding day as I live abroad. However on our wedding day I was blown away by the exceptional food served, all our guests loved it. The wines and cocktails were also delightful! The room was set up by the team so beautifully and they also flipped the room after the meal which meant we were able to dance the night away. I would absolutely recommend The Dean, specifically The Blue Room, as a smaller wedding venue for a unique and unforgettable day!”
