Get yourself to Sophie’s Rooftop this summer and soak up the ultimate Absolut fuelled brunch party vibes this side of Galway City!
The DJ Summer sessions are lined up to take over 6 events across July, August and September with brunch bookings available from 12noon – 3pm, happening every other Saturday, outdoors on the terrace and inside, expect daytime disco beats (from Yawlag Collective), throwback tunes and an Absolut cocktail menu for you to toast with your brunch of choice!
