We have created three unique class concepts that are guaranteed to push you to achieve results – Power Box, Power Run and Power MetCon. We also run a series of studio and floor-based classes throughout the week led by expert trainers.

The Dean guests have complimentary access to POWER gym, sauna and relaxation pool, and can avail of POWER classes for €15. Chat to our reception team who will be happy to book you in.
