The Dean Dublin – a quick walk from Temple Bar

Once you’re ready to begin your fun night out in Dublin City, you can get to Temple Bar with a quick 15 minute walk or a taxi can get you there in just over 5 minutes. When you arrive at Temple Bar, you can wander down the cobbled streets and you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to delicious restaurants and Dublin’s best pubs. Temple Bar is the place to be any day or night of the week as it offers live music most nights, streets lined with buskers and plenty of outdoor dining options.

Getting to The Dean from Ireland’s Airports:

Dublin Airport offers many flights from many major UK cities and it is so easy to get to The Dean Dublin from Dublin Airport with several options to choose from.

 

Dublin Airport

Bus:

Dublin Aircoach has many routes running from Dublin Airport to Dublin City including many stops in Dublin City Centre. Aircoach is a private bus service that services Dublin Airport. Route 700 runs from Dublin Airport and stops at Leeson Street Lower Dublin which is just 700m from The Dean. This journey will cost €9 and take about 45-50 minutes.

Taxi:

Or travel by taxi by hailing one from just outside the airport terminal. It costs roughly €28-€30 to travel from Dublin Airport to The Dean while it will take about 15 minutes. If you need a taxi for the return journey please just enquire at reception, we would be happy to book you a taxi.

Shannon Airport

Expressway and Bus Eireann operate daily Shannon Airport bus routes to Limerick City, from there you will be able to get a direct bus to Dublin. It is also possible to hire a car once you arrive at Shannon Airport. Driving time to Dublin is approximately 2hr30mins.
